First international Representative Office of the Fund Forum was opened in 2004 in Moscow. Among the founders and trustees of the Fund Forum are famous Russian scholars as: Eduard Sagalaev, Masut Fatkullin, Elena Obraztsova, Tigran Mkrtychev, Alla Yoshpe, Stakhan Rakhimov and others.

Another «Evening of the Uzbek art» was held on 18 May 2007 in «Forum Hall» in Moscow where the Fund organized the presentation of Youth Symphony Orchestra of the musical lyceum named after Uspenskiy, where master class was given by the famous conductor Vladimir Spivakov;
From 14 to 28 July 2007 in Russia the International Theater and dramaturgical project «Class Act Russia 2007» was organized by the Fund Forum;

Youth Theater of Uzbekistan under the auspices of the Fund Forum presented an exhibition of arts and crafts of Uzbekistan «Navruz on the banks of the Neva», as well as the premiere of a joint project performance «Nasreddin.Love.ru» (St.Petersburg);
The «Podium» international competition of young designers was conducted in the Center of National Arts of the Fund Forum. 138 participants from Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Russia presented their collection at «Podium» (Tashkent).
2009
On April 24-26 in Moscow, Lolita Vagapova, winner of the «Yangi Avlod» Children's Creativity Festival, is reckoned among the finalists of the International Competition for young singers of popular music «New Wave junior-2009».
The exhibition Traditional Coloring as a Creative Inspiration of Avant-Garde took place in the Central Painters House and the Evening, consonant to the chosen topic, was presented at one of the restaurants of Arkadiy Novikov and Artyom Mikhalkov (Moscow).
From May 25 to June 2 in Moscow, VI International Festival «Moscow meets friends» was held as a part of the «Children of the world against terror» program. Uzbekistan was represented by winners of the «Yangi avlod» Children's Creativity Festival Lolita Vagapova and «Khakimov Brothers» music band.
Children's pop group «Star Teen» - winner of the “Yangi Avlod” Children’s Creativity Festival 2007 and 2008, won the «Transfiguration» International Children's Creativity Competition-Festival held on July 6-12 in St. Petersburg.
Guli Spring-Summer 2010 Collection was demonstrated at the Russian Fashion Week (Moscow) in October.
November 6-7, Novosibirsk. Seven trainees of the Forum Junior Sport Complex participated in the 9th International Callisthenics Tournament.
2010
March 31 – April 9. The Youth Theater of Uzbekistan with its play Equus, created in 2009 with support from the Fund Forum, participated in “Meetings in Russia`, an international festival of Russian theaters of CIS countries and Baltic states. The Festival included a photo exhibition “Tashkent and Tashkenters” showcasing works by Abdugani Jumayev, a member of IJOD Association of Artists, Art Historians and Craftsmen of Uzbekistan. The exhibition was presented at the Festival as part of the Fund Forum`s program “Navruz on the banks of Neva River”.
On April 8-12, Leya Bulgakova, a laureate of Yangi avlod-2007 (New generation) Children`s Creativity Festival, came out a winner at the 7th International Children`s Song Contest “Smile of the World”.
April 15-19, the Fund Forum participated in the 5th Festival of Craftsmen and Artists of Russia “Firebird”, hosted by Moscow`s All-Russia Exhibition Center.
In May 2010, the Fund Forum signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with Moscow State Linguistics University. The Memorandum will help develop and boost mutual cooperation between the University and the Fund Forum, particularly, in mutual support of culture, arts, education and scientific research, mutual exchange in personnel training, participation by young translators from Uzbekistan in MSLU events in Russia and the CIS as well as providing support to MSLU students in their efforts to study the Uzbek language and Uzbek culture.
On June 3, Moscow`s Tatler Restaurant (Radisson Royal Hotel Moscow) hosted a presentation of ‘high jewelry` line и luxury-presents by GULI, which can now be seen in SOHOJewelry boutiques in Moscow.
On June 11-20, a photo exhibition “Where Time Comes From” was held in Tashkent. On display were around 100 photos made during expeditions to the North and South Poles.
On June 18, Tashkent hosted an International Music Festival “Melodies of Friends”. The songs were performed by Lev Leshenko, VIA “Syabry” (Friends), Laima Vaykule, Anne Veski, Ion Suruchanu, Ani Lorak, Soso Pavliashvili, Mansur Toshmatov and Gulsanam Mamazoitova.
2011
On January 21, The Fund Forum organized an Uzbek art exhibition as part of the concert “Astrakhan, a city of peace and accord” in the Russian city of Astrakhan. The concert came as a sign of friendship of the nations living in the region. The music event brought together representatives of all nationalities living in the city. The venue stage also featured exciting music performances by Uzbek artists.
Moscow`s Central House of Arts hosted a solo exhibition of works by artist Nikolai Kornilov. Titled “My Karakalpakstan”, the exhibition has been organized with assistance from the Fund Forum and the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Russia. The opening ceremony held on January 26 was attended by the officials of the Russian Ministry of Culture, the broad public, the business community in Moscow, scholars and journalists.
In February, several Russian cities such as Moscow, St. Petersburg, Novosibirsk and Ryazan have marked the 570th anniversary of the prominent Uzbek poet, thinker and statesman Alisher Navoi at events organized by the Fund Forum.
On February 21, the Russian city of Astrakhan, one of the country`s biggest, hosted a round table dedicated to the 528th anniversary of the outstanding poet, thinker, patron of the arts and statesman Zahiruddin Muhammad Babur. The event was organized by the Fund Forum, the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Russia, the Ministry of Culture of Astrakhan Oblast, “Uzbekistan” Culture Society and several cultural organizations.
On February 27, Tashkent`s Youth Creativity Palace hosted a film concert involving famous Russian theater and cinema actors. The concert was organized by the Ministry of Culture of Russia, the Ministry of Culture and Sports Affairs of Uzbekistan and the Russian Cultural Center in Uzbekistan with support from the Embassy of Russia in Tashkent and Rossotrudnichestvo Representative Office.
On February 28, The Institute of Oriental Studies in Moscow is housing a posthumous exhibition of works by artist Medat Kagarov (1940-20111). The art show has been organized by the Fund Forum, the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Russia, Foundation “Interaction of Civilizations”, the Institute of Oriental Studies and Leonid Shishkin Gallery.
Hundreds flocked to the Academic Russian Drama Theater of Uzbekistan, which on February 13, 23 and March 1 staged plays featuring famous Russian film and theater actors and actresses. The project organized by “Kamalov.uz” LLC and the Fund Forum gave theater fans an opportunity to view plays such as retro comedies “The Bear” and “Proposal” based on Chekhov`s works, “The Woman above Us” by Slapovski and others.
The State Museum of Oriental Art in Moscow is housing an exhibition of works by Lev Snegiryov titled “Lev Snegiryov. Painting. Graphics”, organized by the Fund Forum, Ministry of Culture of Russia, the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Russia and Mardjani Foundation. The opening ceremony of the art show on March 4 was attended by officials of the Ministry of Culture, Moscow`s business community, the broad public and journalists.
In March, an exhibition of artists from Uzbekistan was held at Moscow`s Central House of Artists as part of the 14th Moscow International Art Salon, which is being held in the year marking the 20th anniversary of the CIS. Dedicated to Navruz holiday, the exhibition was organized by the Fund Forum, the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Russia and the Academy of Arts of Uzbekistan in partnership with the International Confederation of Artist Unions.
Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Russia in Moscow included Guli fashion show and Uzbek Art Evening organized by the Fund Forum.
In May, “Asrlar sadosi” (Echo of centuries) Festival of Traditional Culture was attended by Russian actor Valeriy Nikolayev; film critic and a member of the Union of Cinematographers of Russia Svetlana Hokhryakova, prominent journalists Vladislav Flyarkovskiy (“Kultura” TV channel), Nikolai Uskov (GQ magazine), Irina Boltenkova (Hello! magazine) as well as “Rossiya” channel crew.
The Fund Forum supports talented musicians of Uspensky Music School in Tashkent. One of the School`s talented students, Tamara Akbarova, participated in the 8th International Festival “Moscow Welcomes Friends” held from May 21 to June 2 in Moscow.
On June 5, the stadium of Moscow Institute of International Relations played host to the 9th Rector`s Cup Football Tournament. Uzbekistan was represented by the team of the Uzbek Embassy in Moscow and Kelajak ovozi YIC.
On June 14-23, a group of culture and cinema professionals from Uzbekistan participated in the 20th Golden Knight International Film Festival in the Russian city of Kursk.
On June 27-29, the Fund Forum held a presentation on the upcoming Tashkent International Festival of Contemporary Cinema set to take place October 19-25. The presentation took place as part of the 33rd Moscow International Film Festival at Moscow Business Square at Radisson SAS Slavyanskaya Hotel.
On June 30, famous Russian journalist and TV host Mikhail Leontyev visited Tashkent to participate in a session of Discussion Club organized by the Center for Political Studies.
On July 12-14, a laureate of Yangi avlod (New generation) Children`s Art Festival, Diyora Usmanova, participated in the 9th International Children`s Music Contest “Vitebsk 2011” held as part of the 20th International Festival of Arts “Slavyanskiy Bazar in Vitebsk” in Belarus.
On July 20, the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Russia hosted a presentation of Uzbek songs and dance. Organized by the Embassy and the Fund Forum, the event was an opportunity for the representatives of Russian business community, public organizations, ministries, the Duma, heads of diplomatic missions and journalists to get a taste of Uzbek culture.
